Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using CoinSwap (the “Platform”), accessible at https://coinswap.live and operated by CoinSwap (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Overview of the Platform CoinSwap is a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange platform that enables users to: • Buy cryptocurrency using fiat currency (powered by MoonPay); • Swap tokens across blockchains at aggregated market rates (200+ trading pairs, 0.5% fee); • Send and receive crypto payments globally with full transaction tracking; • Create and manage crypto donation pages and invoice/bill payment links. CoinSwap does not hold, control, or take custody of your funds at any time. All transactions are executed directly to and from user-controlled wallets. The Platform acts solely as an interface and aggregation layer.
Eligibility By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you: • Are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher; • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; • Are not a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where the use of cryptocurrency exchange services is prohibited or restricted by applicable law; • Are not listed on any government sanctions list, including OFAC, UN, EU, or equivalent authorities; • Are not acting on behalf of any sanctioned individual or entity. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Platform at our sole discretion without notice if we determine that a user does not meet these eligibility requirements. Non-Custodial Nature of the Platform CoinSwap is strictly non-custodial. This means: • We never hold, store, manage, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or funds; • You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrases; • Transactions broadcast to a blockchain are irreversible. We cannot cancel, reverse, or recover any transaction once submitted; • Any loss of funds resulting from lost private keys, incorrect wallet addresses, or user error is entirely your responsibility. The principle of CoinSwap is: Your keys, your coins. We strongly urge you to exercise extreme caution when entering wallet addresses and confirming transactions.
Third-Party Service Providers 4.1 Buy Crypto (MoonPay) Fiat-to-crypto purchases on the Platform are processed by MoonPay, a regulated third-party payment processor. By using the Buy feature, you additionally agree to MoonPay's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. CoinSwap is not responsible for MoonPay's services, availability, fees, or compliance requirements, including any Know Your Customer (KYC) verification MoonPay may impose. 4.2 Swaps (ChangeNOW) Cross-chain token swaps may be facilitated through ChangeNOW. By using the Swap feature, you acknowledge that swap transactions are routed through ChangeNOW's infrastructure. CoinSwap is not responsible for swap failures, delays, or rate slippage caused by ChangeNOW. 4.3 Payments & Invoices (NOWPayments) Crypto payment links, donations, and invoice/bill payment features may be powered by NOWPayments. CoinSwap is not liable for service interruptions, incorrect payment routing, or any issues originating from NOWPayments' infrastructure.
Fees and Transparency CoinSwap charges the following fees: • Swap Fee: 0.5% of the swap value, clearly displayed before transaction confirmation; • Buy Fee: 1% of the purchase value (as shown in the live quote widget), in addition to any fees charged by MoonPay; CoinSwap — Terms of Service coinswap.live | Page 3 of 6 • Pay Fee: 1% commission on the value of each crypto payment sent via the Pay feature; • Network/Gas Fees: Blockchain network fees are separate and determined by the respective blockchain network. CoinSwap does not profit from network fees. All applicable fees are shown in full before you confirm any transaction. There are no hidden fees. By confirming a transaction, you acknowledge and accept all displayed fees.
User Responsibilities You agree that you are solely responsible for: • Verifying the accuracy of all wallet addresses before confirming any transaction; • Ensuring you have sufficient funds and gas to complete a transaction; • Complying with all applicable laws and tax obligations in your jurisdiction relating to cryptocurrency transactions; • Keeping your wallet credentials, private keys, and seed phrases secure and confidential; • Any and all activity that occurs through your connected wallet on the Platform.
Prohibited Activities You agree not to use the Platform to: • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation; • Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other financial crime; • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any sanctions, embargoes, or export controls; • Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the Platform without our written consent; • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's infrastructure or security; • Use the Platform to facilitate transactions involving proceeds of crime or illegal activity; • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information. Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension of access and may be reported to relevant authorities.
No Account Required / Wallet Connection Basic use of the Platform does not require account creation. You interact with the Platform by connecting a compatible cryptocurrency wallet (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet). By connecting your wallet, you authorize the Platform to read your wallet address and submit transactions that you explicitly approve. We do not store passwords, email addresses, or personal credentials. Transaction History CoinSwap provides a transaction history feature that displays records of transactions associated with your connected wallet address. This history is provided for convenience and informational purposes only. CoinSwap does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of historical data sourced from third-party providers or blockchain explorers. You should maintain your own records for tax and accounting purposes.
Intellectual Property All content, branding, logos, user interface designs, code, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of CoinSwap or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non- exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non- commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
Privacy Our collection and use of any personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://coinswap.live. Because CoinSwap is non-custodial and requires no account registration, we collect minimal personal data. However, third-party providers (e.g., MoonPay) may collect personal data for their own compliance and KYC purposes, governed by their own privacy policies.
Disclaimers 12.1 No Financial Advice Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial decisions. 12.2 Platform Availability While we target 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Platform (or any feature) at any time without notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Platform downtime. CoinSwap — Terms of Service coinswap.live | Page 5 of 6 12.3 As-Is Basis The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoinSwap, its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for: • Any loss of funds, including but not limited to losses arising from incorrect wallet addresses, failed transactions, smart contract bugs, or blockchain network issues; • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; • Loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunities; • Any losses arising from the acts or omissions of third-party service providers (MoonPay, ChangeNOW, NOWPayments, or others). CoinSwap's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you to CoinSwap in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoinSwap and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.
Modifications to These Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Termination We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platform for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected CoinSwap — Terms of Service coinswap.live | Page 6 of 6 illegal activity, or compliance requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Because CoinSwap is non-custodial, termination of access does not affect your ability to access your funds through your own wallet.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CoinSwap with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
